Nia Architects
We added a vertical addition consisting of light gauge bearing walls and trusses to an existing three-story concrete beam and column structure. We extended the lateral resistant system and reinforced it to resist the additional lateral load from the vertical addition.
Allstate
We partnered and collaborated with Allstate on an adaptive reuse, mixed-use design project with multiple phases. We evaluated the existing structure's capacity for additional loading of a vertical addition and reinforcement requirements of both the gravity and lateral resistance systems.

We worked on multiple commercial structure evaluations, provided recommendations, and designed solutions to address identified issues.
